Bookings are confirmed by phone, text or email. Please have bins or your vehicle accessible at the scheduled time; missed access may incur a return-visit fee.

Memberships bill per visit at the plan rate and can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time before your next scheduled service.

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right.
